The lightweight bout between King Green and Diego Ferreira has been scratched from Saturday's UFC 319 card in Chicago, sources told MMA Fighting's Mike Heck.

Green reportedly withdrew after suffering an undisclosed injury.

The 38-year-old was looking to bounce back from a two-fight skid after suffering stoppage losses to Mauricio Ruffy and Paddy Pimblett. He's 1-3 in his last four Octagon appearances.

Ferreira was last in action at UFC 311 in January, when he dropped a unanimous decision to Grant Dawson. The loss snapped the 40-year-old Brazilian's two-fight winning streak, which included finishes of Mateusz Rebecki and Michael Johnson.

UFC 319 will proceed with 14 fights. In the main event, middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis will defend his title against the undefeated Khamzat Chimaev.
