Something must have been in the air in Las Vegas on Friday.

Four fighters missed weight ahead of Saturday's UFC Fight Night card, which is headlined by a heavyweight bout between Curtis Blaydes and Derrick Lewis.

Rafael Alves was heavy by a whopping 11.5 pounds for his featherweight contest against Patrick Sabatini. Alves came in at 157.5 pounds - which is also over the lightweight limit - and needed to hit 146 pounds.

The Brazilian broke Anthony Johnson's record for the biggest weight miss in UFC history, according to ESPN's Marc Raimondi. "Rumble" was 11 pounds over for a 2012 fight against Vitor Belfort.

Alves' fight against Sabatini was later scratched from the card, UFC officials told MMA Junkie's John Morgan.

Women's bantamweight contender Ketlen Vieira missed weight by two pounds ahead of the co-main event versus Yana Kunitskaya, tipping the scale at 138 pounds.

Additionally, Jared Gordon (150) was over by four pounds for his featherweight scrap against Danny Chavez and bantamweight Drako Rodriguez (140.5) missed weight by 4.5 pounds heading into his UFC debut against Aiemann Zahabi.

Gordon and Rodriguez will each forfeit 30% of their purse, and Vieira will be fined 20%.
