Sage Northcutt's ONE Championship debut was over in less than 30 seconds as the former UFC fighter was knocked out with a brutal right to the face from Cosmo Alexandre.

Northcutt apparently paid a high price for his short stint in the ring, revealing on Instagram that he underwent a nine-hour surgery on Saturday to fix eight fractures in his face.

"Feeling blessed for the amazing care and all the support from ONE Championship, my family, friends and fans!" Northcutt wrote. "My Terminator face is not too Shabby."

The loss against Alexandre was the 23-year-old's third in 14 career MMA bouts.

Northcutt left the UFC riding a three-fight win streak, joining the likes of Demetrious Johnson and Eddie Alvarez in an exodus to ONE.
