Welterweight Bout: Danny Roberts def. Bobby Nash via 2nd-round KO
"Hot Chocolate" needed a round to warm up.
Nash did his best to turn this into a grappling battle, but Roberts eventually got loose and he ended the fight with a left hand right on the button in the second round of the featured preliminary bout of UFC Fight Night 113 in Glasgow on Sunday.

With the win, Roberts bounces back from a KO loss to Mike Perry at UFC 204. The 30-year-old Brit is 3-1 in the UFC and he's won eight of his last nine fights.
Roberts refused to give in to Nash's takedown attempts, either blocking them outright or scrambling back to his feet before any significant damage could be done. In the standup, Roberts had the advantage, and it looked to be only a matter of time before he landed a kill shot, which he did 3:59 into Round 2.
The KO keeps Nash from picking up his first win inside the Octagon. He is 0-2 since joining the UFC in January.
Flyweight Bout: Alexandre Pantoja def. Neil Seery via 3rd-round submission (rear-naked choke)
Sunday saw one flyweight end his career and another emerge as a future contender.
Not to be overshadowed by Seery's scheduled retirement, Pantoja survived the 11-year veteran's best efforts to snag a third-round submission victory:
When the choke is locked, the tap shall soon come. Big win for Alexandre Pantoja over Neil Seery! #UFCGlasgow https://t.co/NcM4D6BTWo

Seery's crisp boxing allowed him to get some points up on the scorecards, but it was Pantoja's power that shined in Round 1:

The pressure of Pantoja kept Seery on the back foot, and when they closed the distance, it was the younger Brazilian who did damage in the clinch:

A late takedown appeared to seal the deal for Pantoja, but rather than settle for a decision win, he went for the kill with a rear-naked choke that forced Seery to tap out at the 2:31 mark of Round 3.
After a semifinal finish on "The Ultimate Fighter 24" last year, "The Cannibal" has won his first two UFC fights and his last 11 professional contests ("TUF" bouts are considered to be exhibition matches). Pantoja boosts his record to 18-2.
Post-fight, Seery confirmed that this will be his last MMA outing.

Welterweight Bout: Galore Bofando def. Charlie Ward via 1st-round KO
Face meet canvas.
That's the technique that Bofando brought to his UFC debut, throwing Charlie Ward down in vicious fashion to win by first-round KO:
Have you ever seen or HEARD a KO like this? Galore Bofando finishes Charlie Ward with a crazy slam! #UFCGlasgow https://t.co/rILLjFHv27
— FOX Sports: UFC (@UFCONFOX) July 16, 2017
Bofando already piqued curiosity with his unorthodox side stance and snapping kicks, but it was his spectacular clinch toss that will go down as one of the most unique finishes in Octagon history. Ward landed as badly as a human being can possibly land and Bofando jumped in with some unnecessary follow-up punches to close the fight.
This was Bofando's fourth victory by knockout, as he improves to 5-2 in his young MMA career.
Ward has now lost two consecutive bouts by first-round KO.
Lightweight Bout: Danny Henry def. Daniel Teymur via unanimous decision
Teymur threw everything he had at Henry in Round 1. It wasn't enough.
The first-time UFC fighters put on a show Sunday, going back and forth for three periods with both men looking like they would put the other away. In the end, it was Edinburgh's Henry who picked up the unanimous decision win in a sleeper Fight of the Year candidate that thrilled the Scottish crowd in Glasgow.

That triumphant moment almost never came to pass. With his younger brother David already putting in work in the Octagon, Daniel Teymur showed he has striking skills of his own, coming out hot in Round 1 and cracking Henry.

However, that explosive start may have depleted Teymur's gas tank as he struggled in Round 2, getting clipped multiple times and eventually wrestled down to the mat by Henry.

Henry failed to secure a choke at the end of the second round, but his strong performance carried over to the final frame where he continued to land big shots on Teymur. The finish eluded him, but it was obvious that he had Rounds 2 and 3 in the books.

Henry wins his fourth straight, while Teymur loses for the first time in seven professional bouts.
