Michael Page will soon be adding the title of "boxer" to his resume.
The Bellator welterweight has signed with promotion Hayemaker Ringstar - a joint venture between boxer David Haye and former Golden Boy Promotions exec Richard Schaefer. Both Page and Haye announced the deal on Wednesday.
"Venom" had been attached to a grudge match with fellow Bellator welterweight Paul Daley for months, although promotional boss Scott Coker recently revealed Page could very well grace the ring before he meets "Semtex" in the cage.
The Londoner boasts a perfect 12-0 record as a mixed martial artist and is expected to make his boxing debut later this year. He was last seen edging Fernando Gonzalez by split decision at Bellator 165 in November.
