Michael Bisping is taking his in-cage talents to the silver screen once again.

The UFC middleweight champion stars in the upcoming film "My Name is Lenny" - based on the life of late British underground brawler Lenny McLean - and is featured as McLean's greatest rival, Roy "Pretty Boy" Shaw. Bisping's background makes him an ideal fit for the role, although those expecting him to flaunt his range as an actor will likely have to keep their expectations low.

McLean is better known across the Atlantic for playing "Barry the Baptist" in the 1998 cult crime classic "Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels." He died of cancer at 49 just a few weeks prior to the film's release.

"My Name is Lenny" is scheduled to hit theaters June 9.
