Romero reminds Bisping, GSP, UFC of credentials on Instagram

Yoel Romero's resume speaks for itself.

The UFC middleweight roster suffered a major slight when it was announced that 185-pound champion Michael Bisping's next title defense would be against Georges St-Pierre, a former welterweight champion who hasn't competed in over three years.

No contender has more of a right to be frustrated than Romero, who sits at No. 1 in the UFC's official rankings. The "Soldier of God" owns a division-best eight-fight win streak, something he reminded Bisping, GSP, and the matchmakers of Monday on Instagram:

The people are speaking to you @danawhite I think we should speak soon #ynuevo #seeyousoonboi

Romero's conquests include top-10 fighters Derek Brunson, Tim Kennedy, Lyoto Machida, and Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza, as well as former champion Chris Weidman.

In the accompanying message, Romero proposes that he and UFC president Dana White have a meeting to make things right soon.
