Move over Mayweather-McGregor.
UFC legend Anderson Silva could be in line for his own crossover bout in the future as talks between him and his idol Roy Jones Jr. have heated up this week. The six-time boxing champion directly mentioned wanting to fight Silva in a recent interview and followed up with a tweet on Wednesday suggesting that a Mayweather versus McGregor/Jones versus Silva double bill would be the biggest event of all time.
Silva responded with a Photoshopped image of himself and Jones facing off, with an inspirational quote and hashtags for the fantasy fight. It's no secret that this would be a dream match for Silva, and with the boxing versus MMA debate suddenly being reignited, perhaps he may finally get his wish.
