"The Barbarian" unleashed his savage side on Rafael Natal.
Tim Boetsch recorded the sixth knockout win of his 20-fight UFC career at UFC 205 on Saturday in New York City with a first-round KO of Natal. The end came when Boetsch cornered Natal and uncorked a brick-like right hand on his chin. Boetsch followed up with ground-and-pound to seal the deal.

Now Boetsch finds himself on a two-fight win streak after snapping a three-fight skid this past July with a TKO of Josh Samman. He's also now 2-0 since returning to the middleweight division.
Boetsch confidently stalked Natal as soon as the fight began, loading up his right hand and waiting for Natal to get into range. Natal struggled to avoid his opponent's power, and he ate several hard shots before finally being put down for good at the 3:22 mark of Round 1.
Currently No. 14 in the official rankings, Natal's spot is in jeopardy after losing back-to-back bouts to Boetsch and Robert Whittaker. He falls to 9-6-1 inside the Octagon, a disappointing result for the Brazilian who's made his home in New York for the past eight years.
