McGregor questions manhoods of WWE superstars
Conor McGregor may have just spectacularly slammed shut the possibility of him ever moving to WWE in a manner only the outspoken Irishman could.
During a conference call to promote his fight at UFC 202 on Aug. 20 against Nate Diaz, McGregor was asked if he has any plans to help the UFC cross-promote with the WWE.
"I haven't really thought about it," McGregor said, according to TMZ. "For the most part, those WWE guys are p---ies."
"They're messed up p---ies if you ask me."
Brock Lesnar opened the door between the UFC and WWE with his return at UFC 200, but McGregor fired shots at Lesnar for his doping violations that surfaced after his victory over Mark Hunt.
"I mean fair play to Brock, he got in and fought (at UFC 200) ... but at the end of the day he's juiced up to the eyeballs ... so how can I respect that?" McGregor said.
McGregor made a point of praising the McMahon family, so a future in sports entertainment isn't out of the question, but it's unlikely "Notorious" would be met with a warm reception in the WWE locker room.
