Jon Jones took home some serious coin for his first fight in 15 months at UFC 197.

Jones bested Ovince Saint Preux via unanimous decision in Saturday's co-headliner at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nev., and took home a flat $500,000 purse for his efforts, according to figures released to MMAWeekly by the Nevada Athletic Commission on Monday.

It was Jones' first fight since his suspension for a hit-and-run incident that forced the UFC to strip him of his belt.

Saints Preux, who took the fight on short notice after light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier pulled out of the bout due to injury, earned $55,000.

UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson was the only other fighter to earn a six-figure pay day. He collected a $195,000 purse that included a $60,000 win bonus for his destruction of Henry Cejudo, who took home $60,000, in the first round.
