Didier Drogba not satisfied with Montreal Impact's performance despite hat trick
Montreal Impact's 4-3 victory over the Chicago Fire left star striker Didier Drogba desiring more.
Despite recording a hat trick as the oldest player in Major League Soccer history at 37 years and 178 days old, the Ivorian international couldn't help but reveal his frustration with how the match unfolded.
"For me, it's not a good result," Drogba told reporters. "The most important thing is that you get the three points, but when you look at the game itself, you know we've got a lot of things to change and to work on. There's always room for improvement in this team."
It was a back-and-forth affair, with Montreal losing its lead on three occasions before Drogba's third goal in the 66th minute secured the win.
It was the former Chelsea striker's second match with the Impact, and his first time playing the full 90 minutes after dealing with a nagging toe injury, which he expects to be tolerable when Montreal visits the Los Angeles Galaxy on Sept. 12
