Dan Haren officially announced his retirement from baseball in October, and now he's revealing some shocking truths about his 13-year career in the majors.
Haren, a must-follow for any baseball fan on Twitter, took to social media during his workout Monday to give his followers some inside perspective on the thought process of a big-league pitcher.
