Toronto Blue Jays reserve infielder Munenori Kawasaki played sparingly this season, however, he was a key participant as the team celebrated its first division title since 1993.
While conducting an interview during the postgame festivities, the 34-year-old requested to talk in Japanese, as he was too intoxicated to speak English.
The Blue Jays won their first AL East title on Wednesday since 1993.
