Derek Jeter wasn't at Yankee Stadium on Sunday, but it sure sounded like it.
As the designated hitter approached the plate for the first at-bat in the final game of his career, the crowd at Fenway Park rose to their feet and loudly chanted the 14-time All-Star's name.
