The confines of Yankee Stadium have been very friendly to outfielder Curtis Granderson.
Granderson hit 115 home runs in 513 games over four seasons as a member of the New York Yankees before signing with the crosstown rival Mets this past offseason.
On Monday night Granderson made his return to Yankee Stadium with the Mets, and in the sixth inning launched a home run into the building's stands for the 65th time, the most he's hit in any ballpark in the league.
In addition to a return to his former stomping grounds, the home run was also the very first long ball he has hit in his career facing a 3-0 count.
