The Milwaukee Brewers will get another chance at the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Milwaukee eliminated the San Diego Padres with a 3-1 win in Game 4 of the NLDS on Wednesday at Petco Park to reach the NLCS for a second straight season.
The Padres were inches away from tying the game in the eighth but Brewers center fielder Garrett Mitchell robbed Manny Machado of a two-run home run.

The Brewers will open the championship series Sunday at American Family Field against the Dodgers. The teams finished with the top two records in the majors this season. The Brewers took the season series 4-3.
Los Angeles swept Milwaukee last October despite not having home-field advantage.
The Brewers have reached the World Series just once (1982) in franchise history, and have never won a championship.
It's the fourth straight season in which the Padres have failed to reach the NLCS. San Diego has been bounced in the division series in two of the last three postseasons.
More to come.
