Analysis:Stephenson averaged 18.0 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.4 steals last season as an every-game starter for Florida International; this is a huge pickup for the Rebels. The 6-6 wing is also a lights-out shooter, knocking down 40 percent of his three-pointers last season on 5.7 attempts per game. Stephenson could immediately earn a starting role in Oxford.
