The Giants recalled Furman from Triple-A Sacramento on Monday, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Analysis:Furman is back up with the Giants after being demoted Aug. 14. He'll man second base and bat sixth during Monday's series opener after San Francisco made a flurry of roster moves, which included placing Willy Adames (elbow) on the injured list and Bryce Eldridge (personal) on the bereavement list.
