The Toronto Blue Jays will host Game 7 of the American League Championship Series on Monday at Rogers Centre, and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is prepared for the moment.

"I was born ready," Guerrero told Hazel Mae of Sportsnet following Sunday's Game 6 victory. "I was born ready. And I want it all for this city."

Guerrero is having a torrid postseason, crushing six homers while hitting .462/.532/1.000 over 10 games. He is currently tied for the most playoff homers in Blue Jays' franchise history with José Bautista and Joe Carter.

"My dad was telling me, 'Game 7 is give it all you have,'" Guerrero, the son of Hall of Famer Vladimir Guerrero, added, according to The Associated Press' Ian Harrison.

The Jays' slugger has the third-best OPS ever in a single postseason, among hitters with at least 40 plate appearances, according to StatsCentre. Guerrero sits behind only Barry Bonds, who posted a 1.559 OPS in 2002, and Carlos Beltrán's 1.557 OPS in '04.
