With the third pick in the 2024 MLB Draft, the Colorado Rockies selected Charlie Condon, an outfielder and third baseman from Georgia.
Condon wasn't on many people's radars coming out of high school, which forced him to walk on at Georgia. The 21-year-old has since transformed into one of the most gifted offensive players in the draft thanks to 70-grade power and 60-grade hit tools. The right-handed hitter possesses elite raw power thanks to his 6-foot-6 frame and repeatedly makes loud contact with a short, compact stroke.
