Chicago White Sox slugger Eloy Jiménez is going on the injured list for the fourth consecutive season and is growing tired of the constant injuries.
"Remembering all these years with everything that happened, it's really frustrating," Jiménez said Thursday, according to MLB.com's Scott Merkin. "Especially when you've been feeling good, and you've been preparing yourself good, and something happens."
Jiménez suffered a left adductor strain during a recent game against the Detroit Tigers.

The 27-year-old has only appeared in 100 games twice during his six-year career.
White Sox indicated Eloy Jiménez had a small setback yesterday. Pedro Grifol said he wasn’t making as much progress as they hoped. He’s still participating in team stretch but Grifol said his activity will be a little less than last few days. Sox hope he’ll be ready in a week.

Despite the frustration of another stint on the injured list, Jiménez said he'll continue working hard to return to the field.
"Sometimes I want to go home, but I don't want to give up like that," Jiménez said. "I'm going to keep working. I'm going to be here for my team. At the end of the day, I'm a warrior."
Jiménez had a pair of hits across 11 at-bats in the first three games of the season.
