Toronto Blue Jays left-hander Ricky Tiedemann was named Pitcher of the Year for the 2023 Arizona Fall League.
The 21-year-old posted a 2.50 ERA with 23 strikeouts across 18 innings in four Fall League starts.
"Going into the AFL season, I felt really good. I was really confident in my ability to go out there and compete with the best players in the league," Tiedemann said. "I was really happy with how my performances went."
Tiedemann is the Blue Jays' top-ranked prospect, according to MLB.com.
He missed time due to injury during the regular season but still racked up an impressive 82 strikeouts with a 3.68 ERA over 44 innings across four minor-league levels in 2023.
