It was a memorable afternoon for the Baker family.

The younger Baker acknowledged the special nature of the moment and expects it to be something he and his father remember forever.
"That's something that he'll never forget in all his life, and I probably never will, either," he said, according to Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle.
Dusty said he was a bit conflicted about how to feel when Darren went deep.
"I didn't know whether to be a proud papa or an angry papa," he said, according to Rome.
Darren was a 10th-round pick by the Nationals in the 2021 draft. The 24-year-old hit .280 with three home runs, 39 RBIs, and 15 stolen bases across two minor-league levels last season.
