Alex Bregman, Yordan Alvarez, Martin Maldonado, and Robel Garcia are scheduled to return to the Houston Astros active roster for Tuesday's game against the Colorado Rockies in Denver, a source told Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle.
They still need to clear intake testing protocols to be officially cleared to return, so there's a chance they could be delayed.
The foursome - and second baseman Jose Altuve - were placed on the injured list last Wednesday due to health and safety protocols. Altuve isn't slated to return alongside his teammates.
The Astros didn't say whether or not a player or staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
Houston has gone 1-3 since the five players were put on the IL and currently sits in fourth place in the AL West with a 7-8 record.
