The Atlanta Braves and corner infielder Jake Lamb agreed to a deal on Sunday, a source told Mark Bowman of MLB.com.
It's expected to be a major-league contract, Joel Sherman of the New York Post reports.
The 30-year-old split the 2020 campaign between the Arizona Diamondbacks and Oakland Athletics. He hit .267/.327/.556 with three home runs in 13 games with the A's after a midseason trade.
An All-Star in 2017, the lefty-hitting Lamb has struggled against southpaw hurlers (.599 OPS), but he's handled righties well (.805 OPS).
The Braves' lineup skews right-handed aside from reigning NL MVP Freddie Freeman and switch-hitting second baseman Ozzie Albies, so Lamb can provide some extra depth in a platoon role.
Outfielder Ender Inciarte and switch-hitter Johan Camargo also come off the bench for Atlanta, with second baseman Jason Kipnis on board as a non-roster invitee.
