We tasked theScore's users with casting their own ballot ahead of Tuesday's 2021 Hall of Fame announcement, and the results weren't good for players seeking enshrinement.

Not a single player earned the necessary 75% of the vote from the nearly 12,000 participants. Here's how the 21 eligible candidates fared:

Player % of Vote
Roger Clemens 65.7%
Barry Bonds 64.7%
Curt Schilling 56.3%
Manny Ramirez 51%
Gary Sheffield 47.5%
Andy Pettitte 45%
Sammy Sosa 40.9%
Andruw Jones 40.8%
Jeff Kent 35.2%
Omar Vizquel 35%
Billy Wagner 31.6%
Todd Helton 31.2%
Torii Hunter 27.2%
Mark Buehrle 25.5%
Scott Rolen 25.3%
Bobby Abreu 13.7%
Tim Hudson 12.3%
Barry Zito 10.8%
A.J. Burnett 10.3%
Nick Swisher 7.1%
Shane Victorino 6.8%
LaTroy Hawkins 4.9%
Aramis Ramirez 4.2%
Michael Cuddyer 3.2%
Dan Haren 2.2%

The results from theScore's 17 voting news editors ended up being more generous, as three players received enough votes to get inducted. Sammy Sosa and Manny Ramirez were one vote short of making the cut.

Player % of vote
Roger Clemens 88%
Barry Bonds 88%
Scott Rolen 76%

The Hall of Fame election announcement takes place Tuesday at 6 p.m. ET.
