Field of Dreams game between Yankees, White Sox set for Aug. 12
Major League Baseball's Field of Dreams game between the New York Yankees and Chicago White Sox has been rescheduled for Aug. 12, 2021, according to Jon Morosi of MLB Network.
The game was originally scheduled to take place on Aug. 13, 2020 between the two clubs in Dyersville, Iowa, but it was postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
See you next season, Iowa.

With MLB adopting a 2020 schedule that featured teams only facing other clubs from the same region, the St. Louis Cardinals briefly replaced the Yankees. However, after the Cardinals endured multiple postponements due to a COVID-19 outbreak during the campaign, the league opted to delay the game until next year.
The 1989 film "Field of Dreams" is set in Dyersville. The league began building an MLB-caliber field at the historic site in early 2019.
