The reputations of Houston Astros players were tarnished following their 2017 sign-stealing scheme, and the resulting scandal that rocked baseball earlier this year. Some of Houston's harshest critics were past and present members of the New York Yankees.

Shortly after news broke of a federal judge ordering the Yankees and MLB to release a letter that could link the club to more serious sign-stealing charges, several Astros players tweeted apparent jabs at New York on Saturday morning.

While none of them specifically reference the Yankees by name, the timing was on point, and the bad blood between the teams has been palpable.
