With the 29th pick in the 2020 MLB Draft, the Los Angeles Dodgers selected Bobby Miller, a right-hander out of Louisville.

Miller was previously drafted out of high school, but he had to wait until the 38th round due to a confluence of issues, including his consistency, durability as a starter, and a commitment to Louisville.

His 6-foot-5 frame makes him one of the more projectable pitchers in the 2020 class. Miller's pandemic-shortened campaign - during which he was Louisville's second starter after ace Reid Detmers - seemed to answer a lot of questions, with the hurler showing increased command and getting positive results.
