Voit initially stayed in the contest and went first-to-third on a Didi Gregorius single in the next at-bat. He later scored and was then replaced in the field for the fifth inning with New York up 9-0 on its NL West opponent.
The Yankees said Voit passed a concussion test, according to Joel Sherman of the New York Post.
The 28-year-old entered the afternoon with 18 home runs, 52 RBIs, and a .276/.388/.495 slash line in 85 games.
