Chicago White Sox manager Rick Renteria was hospitalized prior to Monday's makeup game against the Minnesota Twins after feeling light-headed, according to The Associated Press.
Renteria experienced lightheadedness while at the ballpark. A team official said tests performed at Hennepin County Medical Center didn't show any issues.
The 56-year-old will remain in the hospital overnight for further evaluation, according to Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times.
Bench coach Joe McEwing took Renteria's place for the night.
