Acuna stayed in the game to run the bases after a lengthy delay where medical staff continued to check his left arm. However, Adam Duvall took over for the young outfielder in left for the top of the second.
Urena was ejected by home-plate umpire Chad Fairchild. In a subsequent barb, Braves skipper Brian Snitker was also thrown out of the game.
The 20-year-old Acuna is riding an incredible hot streak, having hit eight home runs over the last eight games, including three leadoff homers to start each of the previous three contests against the Marlins. His five-game homer streak, which he carried into Wednesday's game, will stay intact whenever he returns because his only plate appearance was not an official at-bat.
