Just like in Game 1, Kershaw looked incredible through three innings before running into trouble in the fourth and allowing a game-tying home run. Unlike Game 1, however, Gurriel's blast came with a three-run cushion, as opposed to Alex Bregman's solo shot in the first game.
Kershaw's eighth home-run against broke a six-way tie for the record. Now, Eric Show, Andy Pettitte, Josh Beckett, Cole Hamels, and Scott Garrelts are all tied for second with seven dingers apiece.
Despite his trouble with the long ball, Kershaw has been dominant in the postseason. Heading into Sunday's Game 5, Kershaw owned a 2.96 ERA over 24 1/3 innings.
