Vanderbilt right-hander Kyle Wright is the newest member of the Atlanta Braves, but years ago - 2011, specifically - Wright wasn't afraid of expressing what he thought about the team on Twitter.
The top prospect, who grew up cheering for the Braves, was only 16 years old at the time of the tweet. Interestingly enough, the club went on to finish 89-73 that year but failed to qualify for the postseason.
As fate would have it, the 6-foot-4 pitcher would develop into one of the best prospects leading up to the MLB draft, where he was selected by none other than the Braves.
Don't fret, Braves fans, as Wright showed the team more than enough love two years later. It would appear to be a match made in heaven.
