In many ways, mascots are responsible for recruiting new fans. But only the most talented could convert the best player in baseball.
Orbit - the Houston Astros' mascot - did just that prior to Tuesday's game against the Los Angeles Angels, using a fake photo-op to stick an "I Love The Astros" sign on Mike Trout's back.
Luckily, a trainer noticed the signage before any teammates or front-office staff did. Still, it makes you wonder what Trout would look like in Astros orange.
