Royals' Lorenzo Cain: Exits Tuesday with strained hamstring
Cain left Tuesday's game with a strained hamstring, FOX Sports Kansas City's Joel Goldberg reports.
Analysis:
He went 1-for-4 before leaving and being replaced by Jarrod Dyson in Tuesday's game against the Cardinals. Manager Ned Yost said he was unsure of the severity of the hamstring issue, and said Cain will be re-evaluated Wednesday. Cain most recently dealt with a hamstring issue back in 2015, and he missed several games dealing with the injury. Dyson would be the likely replacement in center field if Cain misses further time.
