Twins' Joe Mauer: Out of lineup Sunday amid struggles

Analysis:

Mauer has fallen into a 2-for-17 skid at the dish over the last five games that has resulted in a 35-point drop in his batting average, so he'll be given a day off to take his mind off his struggles. Byung-ho Park replaces Mauer at first base.
