Analysis:

As attractive as his record may look, Ramirez has been fortunate to find himself in position to earn four wins while throwing less than 13 innings. He's technically the fifth starter for Tampa, but they've only used him in that role for one start. Once the schedule gets a bit more condensed, he'll resume his role in the rotation.
