 The Brewers and Twins split four games last season. In those four contests, Milwaukee hit .233 with seven extra-base hits and seven runs scored in innings 1-6, and .292 with eight extra-base hits and 12 runs scored in the seventh inning or later.

With starters Rich Hill and Homer Bailey still on the injured list, the Minnesota Twins will turn to a bullpen-by-committee start in Game 2 of their three-game series at Milwaukee on Tuesday.
Right-hander Tyler Clippard (0-0, 1.17 ERA) will be the opener, making his second start of the season. His first one on Aug. 2 couldn't have gone any better, as he led a parade of six Twins pitchers in two-hitting the Cleveland Indians 3-1 in Minneapolis.

With losing streak over, Twins eye more relief vs. Brewers

MILWAUKEE (AP)  Jedd Gyorko blasted a tiebreaking two-run homer in the eighth inning as the Milwaukee Brewers came from behind to beat the Minnesota Twins 6-4 on Tuesday.
The Brewers started their winning rally when Christian Yelich beat the Twins' shift with a one-out double. With the Twins moving their infield to the right against the left-handed hitter, Yelich responded by hitting a grounder up the third-base line and into left field.
