The Cardinals took two of three games in Miami when these teams met from June 10-12, with the teams combining for a total of 22 runs (11-11) in the series. ST. LOUIS (AP)  Even though he wasn't in the starting lineup, Paul Goldschmidt didn't take the night off.
Goldschmidt hit a solo home run with two outs in the bottom of the 11th inning to give the St. Louis Cardinals a 2-1 victory over the Miami Marlins on Wednesday.
