 On Saturday, the Twins hit 11 home runs in their doubleheader, the fourth most by a team on a single day in MLB history. The last team to have as many home runs in a single day was the Twins themselves, when they had 12 on August 29, 1963.

Peacock gets nod for Astros at home vs. Twins

HOUSTON (AP)  After Jorge Polanco's start to the season, Twins manager Rocco Baldelli is running out of things to say about his young shortstop.
Polanco had four hits, including a two-run homer, and drove in four runs to lead Minnesota to its fourth straight win, 9-5 over the Houston Astros on Monday night.
