Houston won the season series against Texas in 2018, winning 12 of the 19 games. The Astros have won each of the last eight games in Arlington, tied for the longest active road winning streak against any single opponent in MLB.

Brad Peacock will start the first game of the series after coming out of the bullpen in 60 of 61 games last season. He went 10-2 (.833) as a starter in 2017, tied for the best record among pitchers with at least 10 decisions as a starter (Alex Wood, LAD -- 15-3).
