A signing ceremony will take place right after Vidal completes a morning of medical tests at the Hospital de Barcelona and the Centre Medic at the Ciutat Esportiva. The 25-year-old will then take part in a photo session at the Camp Nou in a Barcelona shirt before giving his first official press conference.
Vidal enjoyed a breakout 2014-15 season at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium, notching four goals and five assists in 31 La Liga appearances while tearing up opponents on the right flank. He was also instrumental in Sevilla's Europa League campaign, scoring two goals and four assists to help the club capture a record fourth title.
Due to Barcelona's transfer ban, which was assigned after they were found guilty of illegally signing 10 international players under the age of 18 and prevents them from registering any players until the winter transfer window opens, Vidal will not be able to make his debut for the Catalan club until 2016.
