James Rodriguez suffered calf injury prior to Eibar clash

A calf injury forced Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez to miss Sunday's match against Eibar, the club confirmed in a brief statement.
Mateo Kovacic was drafted into the starting XI after Rodriguez went down during the warm-up session at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Los Blancos could only muster a draw with their Basque visitor - the fourth stalemate in four matches.
Rodriguez had been in line to earn more playing time, with Casemiro and Luka Modric on the sidelines with their own ailments.
Considering it's a Grade 1 tear, Rodriguez is likely to need little time on the treatment table, but it could rule him out of Colombia's World Cup qualifiers against Paraguay and Uruguay over the next two weeks.
