Norris suffered a mechanical failure and finished 19th in the Monaco Grand Prix Formula 1 race at The Circuit de Monaco on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
Norris would start eighth on the grid and lose an early-race battle with Pierre Gasly. He would run a long opening stint and race his way up to P6 by lap 43. However, his McLaren would develop a problem and Norris would report a lack of power and slowing pace through the tunnel. The team would radio back and instruct Norris to box and retire the car due to a power unit and battery issue.
