Hamilton finished sixth in the Miami Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Miami International Autodrome on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
Opening lap contact with Franco Colapinto would see Hamilton's car sustain front wing damage. The Ferrari veteran would struggle with downforce and overheating from that point forward. Hamilton would get stuck in the upper portion of the mid-field and be forced to lift and coast just to nurse his car through to the end of the race. He would cross the finish line in seventh position, but a post-race penalty to Charles Leclerc would promote him one spot to P6 and the end of the day.
