Max Verstappen took the checkered flag at Sunday's Mexico Grand Prix for a staggering 14th victory of the season.
The Red Bull star held off Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton and Sergio Perez to break a tie with Michael Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel for most wins ever in a single Formula One season.

Verstappen continues an incredible campaign, which has seen him clinch his second straight drivers' title while also helping Red Bull to its first constructors' championship victory since 2013.
"An incredible result," Verstappen said. "It's been an incredible year so far. We're definitely enjoying it, and we'll try to go for more (wins)."
Although he's still looking for his first victory of the season, Hamilton secured his second straight runner-up finish and fourth overall in 2022.
Perez was satisfied with landing on the podium but was hoping for a victory in front of his home fans at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.
"It's a good podium," Perez said. "In front of this crowd, I really wanted more but third place is still a good day."
There are just two races remaining on the 2022 schedule, with the Brazilian Grand Prix scheduled for Nov. 13 and the season finale in Abu Dhabi the following week.
