World Cup odds: Spain, England remain top favorites following draw

The 2026 World Cup draw is complete, finalizing the 12 groups set to compete across North America in the summer spectacle.

Spain remains the top betting favorite at +450 on theScore Bet to win the country's second trophy after landing in a group with Uruguay, Saudi Arabia, and Cape Verde. England, whose odds shortened slightly following the draw from +600 to +550, is next on the oddsboard, needing to beat Croatia, Ghana, and Panama in the group stage.

The United States remained at +5000 after being drawn into a group with Paraguay, Australia, and the winner of UEFA Playoff C. Canada is further down the board at +10000 and will host Switzerland, Qatar, and the winner of UEFA Playoff A - which could be Italy - in Group B play.

France, Brazil, and defending champion Argentina round out the teams priced below +1000. Portugal and Germany are also among the top seven powerhouses that can be considered true contenders.

Norway will make its first appearance in the World Cup since 1998. Led by Erling Haaland, the Norwegians are +2800 and could potentially surprise people. They're priced close to World Cup staples like Uruguay and the Netherlands.

Italy has yet to qualify for the tournament but is still priced among the top 10 teams. The Italians have to qualify out of UEFA Playoff A, which includes Northern Ireland, Wales, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
