Gibraltar sack manager Allen Bula
Gibraltar have sacked the only manager they've ever known.
The Gibraltar Football Association announced the sacking of manager Allen Bula on Monday, who was appointed as the national team's coach after Gibraltar joined UEFA in 2013.
The announcement came via an official statement, which read: "After a thorough and careful investigation, into internal matters, the Gibraltar FA has come to the decision that an immediate change was appropriate. It is not a decision that has been reached lightly or hastily." The statement also claimed that the Gibraltar FA will begin the search for a new manager immediately.
Bula has been at the helm throughout the national team's quest to miraculously qualify for Euro 2016. However, through four qualifiers, Gibraltar have conceded 21 goals without scoring once. Their next match goes on March 29, when they visit Scotland at Hampden Park.
